It's called White Collar.
It appeared as a recommendation in my Hulu queue last fall, and I've completely and totally fallen in love. Best Show on TV - EVER.
Okay - a little exaggeration, but it's pretty freakin' awesome. It's on USA - so the emphasis is more on character than on plot (which can be a bit thin at times), but the man-candy factor is off the scale - and I'm not just talking about the lovely Matthew Bomer.
Tim DeKay is a god in a bad suit.

I'm heads over heels in love with this show! It's been my all time favorite since the pilot. :)
I agree with you that the show emphasizes character over plot--but I'm fine with that. I love watching the trust issues between Peter and Neal play out.
And 'A god in a bad suit' is the perfect description of Peter, lol! (Er, Tim DeKay, that is.)

I really don't mind the plot holes - the dialogue is just so sparkling. The trust dynamic between Peter and Neal is utterly compelling. I don't think I've seen anything similar on television ever. Kinda makes me with it was on Showtime, and not basic cable.
Can't wait for tonight's episode
